Loved the central location—easy walks to the Vatican and Colosseum! Room was clean, but it felt a bit basic and hostel-like. Had some AC issues initially, but the owner fixed it for us. A solid stay overall!

The location was incredibly convenient for sightseeing.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by some significant issues. The digital lock on the main door malfunctioned, causing me to be trapped inside the apartment for several hours. While I was provided with emergency contacts, none were responsive, adding to my frustration. Additionally, the sink and shower drainage was slow and required maintenance, which detracted from my overall comfort during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was impeccably clean and refreshing—fresh towels every day made a huge difference. Plus, the location was unbeatable. it was just a 10-minute walk to iconic spots like Piazza Navona and the Vatican!

I had a delightful stay at I Love Roma Guest House. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican, allowing me to explore nearby attractions easily. The air conditioning provided a much-needed relief from the summer heat, making my stay very comfortable.

poor hospitality

love the concept of a guest house, but it felt more like a hostel, w/ basic everything. I expected a deluxe room or at least a warm welcome gift, but nope! Also, no hot water and no one to assist at check-in. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't after my experience.

Had an awesome time with friends! The rooms were clean and cool, especially with the air conditioning. We explored the Vatican and the nearby Colosseum on foot, which was super convenient. Just a heads up, check-in is a bit late at 4 PM. Overall, a great place to bring a group.

Just a minor hassle, the refrigerator in our room didn’t work, which made it tough to store snacks and drinks. But it didn’t ruin our stay.
