Loved the central location-easy walks to the Vatican and Colosseum! Room was clean, but it felt a bit basic and hostel-like. Had some AC issues initially, but the owner fixed it for us. A solid stay overall!

The location was marvellous and good, in the center of Rome, convenient to go everywhere. Plus, it was short walk to many attractions and airport shuttle.

I truly enjoyed the stay here, it was really nice, would come here again. All the staff were amicable, amazingly nice. The hotel had incredible and amazing location close to the Vatican and many focal points of the city, and bus, taxi, and airport shuttle...

The location was convenient for sightseeing.
The digital lock on the main door malfunctioned, causing me to be trapped inside the apartment for several hours. While I was provided with emergency contacts, none were responsive. The sink and shower drainage was slow and required maintenance, which detracted from my overall comfort .

Extremely spacious units with 2 king size beds, and the staff were exceptionally nice. The location seemed marvellous in the center of Rome.

The room was impeccably clean and refreshing-fresh towels every day made a huge difference. Plus, the location was unbeatable. It was just a 10-minute walk to iconic spots like Piazza Navona and the Vatican!

Love the concept of a guest house, but it felt more like a hostel, w/ basic everything. I expected a beautiful room or at least a warm welcome gift, but nope! No hot water and no one to assist at check-in. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't after my experience.

Our room here was equipped with air conditioning, multiple TV channels, and a refrigerator 🌬️. the beds had soft hypo-allergenic pillows and were really cozy 💤.

This place offers a great, modern room with a fridge, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a workspace. the location is superb, right in the heart of everything, and super close to the Vatican 📍.
